Of course you want to place to stay if you are visiting Amsterdam for the Urban Sports Week and the Real Street Amsterdam. Our city has some of the most expensive hotels, but, if you know where to look there’s some good cheap options as well. We’d like to recommend some hostels.
If you are looking for a hotel, we suggest you try http://www.booking.com

The Shelter is a christian hostel in the city center, with a location in the Red Light District and one in the old neighbourhood Jordaan. Prices fluctuate depending on when you book, but expect to pay around 45EU a night.
Stayokay is one of the bigger hostel chains in the world, and has a location at the Kloveniersburgwal which is only a 10 minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station. Prices range between 33EU and 46EU, including breakfast.
